Clara Contrology specializes in private, duet, semi-private, and group classes in person and virtually. Pilates classes are based on the authentic Pilates method developed by Joseph Pilates and his wife, Clara. Each workout is customized for the individual, prescribing movements designed to align, strengthen, and connect the mind to the body.
We suggest a minimum of two sessions per week. Through consistent practice of incorporating Pilates into the body, clients can expect to move with greater ease and function in their daily activities. Ready to learn more?

Metropolitan Pilates offers private, duet and semi-private sessions from their state-of-the-art Pilates studio in the bustling University Village. With spacious locker rooms and shower facilities, it’s easy to head to class before or after work.

Westlake/Fremont
Studio Jacks is a boutique Pilates studio located on Lake Union in Westlake, just south of Fremont. The studio offers private and duet sessions in an energetic and intimate environment.

Bellevue
There’s something for everyone at Nancy Wallace Pilates, the only classical Pilates studio in Downtown Bellevue. Offerings include private, duet, semi-private, and group classes in a modern studio.

Two classes per week is suggested to see transformative results. Prescribed sessions will vary based on your fitness goals. To book, view the calendar and click a link to go to the booking page from that studio. To book direct, use the form below. All sessions are held to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Feel free to send a friend in your place if you must cancel on short notice.

Each session begins with a brief assessment of your body’s current state and sessions are designed to address any specific concerns, overall health goals, and efficient movement in a supportive environment.

Pilates is a corrective exercise, and the method can help you discover and bring awareness to your bodily imbalances and offer remedies of realignment by stretching, strengthening, and learning to control small muscle groups.

Pilates sessions are customized to the individual and are designed to meet you at your current level. You will not be pushed to do anything your body isn’t ready for, but you will be challenged to bring your mind into your body, learn to connect with and control your small muscle groups, and use the apparatus to stretch and strengthen your body.
